Dates are delicious, healthy and a must during the holy month of Ramadan. My beloved mother got me 2kg of Jordanian luxury dates this year. The dates are of a famous type called Medjool. You can read more about the Medjool dates HERE!
I LOVE to eat dates during Ramadan and break my fast with a date and a glass of milk. I like to eat dates on a daily basis as well. Especially with roasted almonds. The best combination ever. I usually put some almonds on a tray in the oven until they get perfectly roasted. I then put them in a small box with a tight lid. Works perfectly as a snack during the day served with dates, dried peaches and figs.
My mother got these packages from Muslim Aid here in Sweden. Muslim aid is a British muslim organization. You can read more about it HERE! When you buy a package of these luxury dates, the money will go to charity. And they are super delicious Mashallah!
